In Greene County district court persons pleaded not guilty to charges as follows: Hayley Lynn Brown, 22, of Jefferson, forgery-two counts; and Nicole Lynn Johnson, 29, of Jefferson, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of prescription drugs (nine counts), forgery- aiding and abetting, child endangerment, and possession of Schedule II control substance (two counts). Trial dates were set for April 7 in both cases.
Cases were initiated in Greene County district court as follows: Carleton James Tapley, 22, of Jefferson, theft-second degree; Jacob Monroe Cullum, 29, of Paton, parole violation (on Webster county case from 2008); Ryan William Boge, 21, o Harcourt, operating while intoxicated (OWI)-first offense; Patrick Michael Kennedy, 30, of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault-second offense; and Ricardo Emmanuell Rodriquez, 29, of Jefferson, OWI-third offense and child endangerment.
